// NOW
A monthly snapshot — what I'm working on, reading, listening to, and where I am. In the spirit of Derek Sivers' /now page. Updated on the first of the month.
On the desk
Day job at Yuma AI — a subnet inside the Bittensor network. Nights and weekends: Drako DevOS's orchestration layer — the part that decides which agent runs which task, where state lives, and how every silo's pipelines plug together. The hard problem isn't building one good agent; it's getting twenty of them to operate as one system.
Chala AI opens July 1 at Gym NYC — two-sided: trainers and clients, all locations. DrakoAI is in beta with 32 datasets backfilled. Gym.AI is live with staff across all Gym NYC locations.
// What's coming
Mapped, not promised — but every arc here is on the desk this week.
DrakoAI's public beta lands with the first wave of NYC contractors — 32 datasets backfilled, pilots already lined up, a chat UI on top of permits, ownership, and building history. Same season, Chala AI's first beta runs at Gym NYC — two-sided from day one, trainers using it with clients, clients without trainers using it solo. Native iOS for both.
Drako DevOS open-sources — the orchestration layer everything else runs on. Same season, Gym.AI's consumer app launches alongside the SMB dashboard already running across every Gym NYC location.
Drako Finance and Drako News keep their daily and weekly cadence on top of DevOS. Stocks with real thesis. News filtered through a future-of-society lens. Free to read. AI interaction unlocks at sign-in.
Drako iOS picks back up when local AI is mature enough to run 60–80% of personal-OS tasks on-device — or to send prompts to the cloud while keeping data secure. Until that's real, the website is the OS.
